I saw that someone else was having a similar problem, and a lot of people were also having that problem.
Most of them solved by disabling an integrated GPU or updating their drivers.
I don't have an integrated GPU, and, as of two minutes ago, Windows and my AMD drivers are all up to date.
I tried to get help from Steam Support (because I was trying to use SteamVR), but I don't think steam was the problem.
(using a quest 2 andthis for connecting to PC.)
I've uninstalled, reinstalled and repaired the Meta Quest PC app multiple times.
Please let me know what I should try.
thanks 🙂

Hey there @nitrousmxh! We thought we 'd jump in here and lend over a helping hand! We really want you to have the best experience with your headset, so we appreciate you sharing a thorough explanation of the troubleshooting you've already done. So we can have a deeper understanding of the matter at hand, please answer the following questions below.
- What error messages, if any, do you see?
- If there are no errors, what is the exact behavior you are experiencing?
- Has the device ever worked before?
- When did you first notice this behavior?
- What else changed when you first noticed the behavior?
- Did any of the devices (phone, headset, PC) receive any updates?
- If applicable and available, have they tried on another device?
- Have you checked if your PC is compatible?
- Here is the Requirements to use Meta Quest Link
- Does the headset work when not connected to a PC?
- Test basic functionality (navigate menus, launch and use an app)
- Are you connecting their USB cable to a USB 3port?
If you have any other questions, please let us know. We're looking forward to working with you!

This is the only "error" popup I've had, apart from "PC disconnected" which isn't really an error...
- Has the device ever worked before?
The headset works on its own very well, just not with link.
- When did you first notice this behavior?
I've been trying to make it work with link since October 1st of last year (I got the headset a day before).
- Have you checked if your PC is compatible?
Yes... but I did notice the note about the Radeon 6500.... which I'm using. Is that why it isn't working?
- Does the headset work when not connected to a PC?
My headset works perfectly fine (when not attempting to use link). It even works while connected, I've used the remote display even and it works fine.
- Are you connecting their USB cable to a USB 3port?
Yes.

Have the exact same problem, worked fine until the last update.
I connect the Quest 3, gets detected by the Meta Quest Link app, on the headset make quest link via cable, the screen goes black with 3 dots and the Meta logo, stays there doesn't load.
if i force close the app the PC App says the headset is low battery. no matter what the % is. its always like this.

Sometimes I get the low battery notification while the app is still open.
