Problems with Oculus 3 tracking and as usual customer service at Meta is worthless. Closed my ticket with no solution and they moved on. I’ve tried different controllers same issue, I’ve tried deleting everything and starting over and still nothing. Works for like 5-10 seconds and then controllers stop tracking. Outside the return window so that’s not an option…any help would be appreciated

Hello Andrew301,
We understand that this is very annoying when you are playing your games and you keep running into tracking problems.
There are a couple things that could impact the tracking of your device. See some examples below:
- Playing environment is too bright or to dark. Check if it helps if you adjust the lightning in your room.
- The environment contains reflective surfaces (mirrors, television screens etc.). You can check if it helps if you cover the reflective surfaces
- There is not enough contrast in the playing environment. Check if a different play area helps.
- The tracking camera is dirty. You can clean these with a microfiber cloth if need needed.
If that does not help you please get back in touch with us and we would be happy to help!
