We can access Movierulz no problem, so the issue might be that it is blocked in your region.
These types of sites often switch domains for legal reasons, but it’s nothing a quick google search can’t fix. I think the current one is .tw
However, if the service is blocked in your country altogether, you are going to have to switch your location virtually. And since Movierulz is a pretty specific service, it’s mostly available the world over.
